Policies and Procedures

Endeavour Primary School is part of Inspire Learning Partnership and is governed by the Trust Board, which is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of all schools within the Trust. The school is also supported and challenged by its Local Academy Council, which works closely with school leaders to help ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Our policies are grouped into two categories:

Trust-wide policies that apply across all schools within the Trust, ensuring consistency and a shared approach.
School-specific policies that reflect the unique needs and day-to-day operation of Endeavour Primary School.
